The pool is an extensive database of active women* in the Austrian film industry. With the help of this database, all users can search for women* who work in a wide variety of areas in and with film. The pool offers all women* the opportunity to register in the database and network professionally. It is not necessary to be a member of FC Gloria for both the search and the registration – the pool is open to everyone. Our concern is the strengthening and visibility of women* in the Austrian film industry, with the aim of filling film teams in a gender-fair manner.
